In one line: request any time; settles at the next epoch close.

Mechanics#

Request any time; it settles at the next epoch close — worst case seven days. Close every position first: a payout can only be computed against a flat book. After it settles, balance and floors reset to the new starting balance.

The reserve cap#

Payouts are hard-capped to the onchain reserve. If one epoch's claims exceed it, the excess queues FIFO to the next.

Per-account caps#

Per trader, per epoch: greater of $10,000 or 5% of reserve, per trader per epoch. Predictions has a beta sub-cap of 50% of the reserve while seats are capped.

What can delay a payout#

An unresolved prediction market keeps its stake locked, which can hold a payout below the amount you expect. Close or wait out the position and request again — nothing is lost, only deferred.
